  公民参与一(I)课程包括 两个 课程: 

  1)公民参与与公民话语 哪个学期在秋季开学

  2)演讲稿写作和公共演讲 哪些课程在冬季和春季学期的部分时间举行.

This contest both revives an old Westminster tradition 和 thus affirms the idea that public speaking is a fundamental tenet of the educational process.
